One 6 ounce jar (a little more than half of a pound) of raw, pure Red Bamboo Honey from my beehives in Western Pennsylvania, extracted by me, and filtered once.

Red Bamboo honey crystallizes quickly and will likely be crystallized at the time of shipping. We find it easier to measure and spoon into our tea. It can be returned to its liquid state by placing the jar in warm water and gently warming the honey until it is liquid again.
