One 10 ounce jar (roughly 1 pound) of raw, pure Wildflower Honey from my beehives in Western Pennsylvania, extracted by me, and filtered once.

Raw honey has a tendency to crystallize faster than commercial honey. It can be returned to its liquid state by placing the jar in warm water and gently warming the honey until it is liquid again.
